Georgia FHA Home Loans - (& Opinion)

[Video] In case you have not heard - Tax credits end April 30th

If you live in Georgia or want to live in Georgia I can help you fully understand the steps to get from loan application to closing table. If you are a first time home buyer or a repeat home buyer who has lived in your primary residence for at least 3 of the last 5 years of ownership I can help you. (We can still do a loan for you but you may not qualify for the home buyer tax credit).

Up to $8000 for first time home buyers who have not owned a principle residence in the last three (3) years is available based on income. For repeat buyers you may be eligible for a tax credit of up to $6500.

Both tax credits can be realized even if you are using specialized loans such as the Georgia Dream Home Ownership Program or an FHA 203k Rehab loan.

Yup, deadline is fast approaching.  Interesting to see what happens to the market after that deadline.

Very nice Ken. Its good to make a short, simple video that is still filled with information. Some clients are more likely to play this instead of read a long post with lots of details.

Great remainder to anyone who might not remember the dates. Can't believe the deadline is right around the corner-AGAIN. Have a great weekend Ken. Great post.
